Q: Who is Funk Dog?
We are a family run small business that is all about quality and style for your furhuman. We know how incredible furhumans are and how much joy they bring to your soul. Funk Dog was created because of our very own furhuman Rex and only wanting a quality, stylish, durable and comfortable raincoat for him to protect his fluffy (to the max) Groodle coat that would also fit when he was shaved.
Q: How soon will my order be sent?
We know you will be excited to receive your Funk Dog order so we carefully package and post them the same day you order! Plus we love sharing the joy of Funk Dog.
Q: Can I buy Funk Dog internationally?
Yes. Currently international shipping is only available for Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.
Q: What is the guarantee on Funk Dog products?
We offer a 30-day guarantee from manufacturing defects. Beyond 30-days is considered regular wear and tear. To extend the lifetime of your Funk Dog products be sure to refer to the care instructions for each product on our website.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
Funk Dog is swift at processing and posting your order the same day or within 24 hours. Due to this, it may not be possible to cancel or change your order.
Q: My parcel tracking number isn’t showing anything?
We know you’re excited to receive your Funk Dog order and we can’t wait for you to get it either! Australia Post tracking will be active within 12-48 business hours, sadly this isn’t something we can get them to rush.
Q: What if my furhuman doesn’t like wearing their raincoat?
